1. Service and acceptance
Use and purchases are subject to these terms, applicable store rules and mandatory law. Paid terms will be available before purchase.
2. Free plan
The local diary works without an account or time limit. It includes income/expense entries, attachments, exports and basic features, up to 10 lifetime free AI scans, and clearly disclosed limits on advanced tools.
3. Accounts
Premium requires a verified email and password. Protect your credentials and keep details accurate. Fraudulent or abusive access is prohibited; enforcement must be proportionate.
4. Premium
Premium includes commercially advertised unlimited AI scans, cloud backups, expanded time/invoice/IRPF tools and other advertised features. Unlimited does not prevent reasonable transparent anti-abuse and technical controls, which must not misleadingly reduce contracted benefits. See /en/subscription-terms.
5. Tax and accounting disclaimer
Deductibility percentages, meal allowances, IRPF/Modelo 130 estimates and calculations are informational only. They are not personalized tax advice, do not guarantee AEAT acceptance and do not submit tax returns. Users must check records and meet their obligations, seeking professional advice where appropriate.
6. AI and currency
AI extraction may misread amounts, dates, tax, categories or currencies. Review results before saving. For non-EUR receipts, verify and enter the correct EUR amount manually; no official FX conversion is provided.
7. Data and backups
Diary data is local-first. Users should create and test backups, without waiving statutory provider duties or mandatory rights. Cloud ZIP archives receive no additional app-level encryption. Users must have a lawful basis for documents containing third-party data.
8. License and ownership
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the app under these terms and store rules. Our code, branding and original materials remain protected. Rights in user-supplied records remain with their owners.
9. Changes, availability and liability
We may deliver security updates and reasonable service changes subject to digital-service consumer rights. No term excludes mandatory consumer guarantees, liability that cannot legally be excluded or statutory remedies. Network and third-party interruptions can affect online features.
10. Deletion and subscriptions
Delete your account in-app or request deletion via /delete-account. Following confirmed backend deletion, the app erases local diary data. Drive/iCloud backups remain. Deleting an account does not stop recurring store billing: users manage and cancel subscriptions through Apple/Google. Statutory rights and store refund processes remain applicable.
11. Governing law and contact
